The ROOTS Diagnostic
A whole-school student wellness assessment producing a School Health Intelligence Report. Maps stress, peer culture, identity health, and transition readiness by year group.
ROOTS Term Programme
Ten-week structured psychosocial support curriculum delivered to Grade Levels 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 cohorts. Identity, resilience, relationships, academic prowess, and transition readiness.
ROOTS Staff & Board Support
Half-day staff wellness training. Termly board advisory. Counsellor upskilling and supervision. Because a traumatised teacher cannot support a traumatised student.
