First-year students arrive carrying everything secondary school gave them — and didn't.
A structured orientation and semester wellness system for Kenyan universities and colleges, built specifically for the transition crisis that produces your highest dropout rates and counselling demand.
The problem we address
Your counselling office is doing exceptional work in a system designed for crisis response, not prevention.
BRIDGE deploys at the moment that matters most — orientation week — and continues the formation work through the semester, in partnership with your existing student affairs infrastructure.

What's in the BRIDGE Programme.
The BRIDGE Campus Diagnostic
First-year student wellness and readiness assessment producing a Campus Health Intelligence Report by faculty, gender, and year group.
BRIDGE Orientation Intensive
Two-day structured programme delivered during orientation week. Identity, decision-making, relationships, academic resilience, substance awareness, and self-leadership.

Six facilitated sessions per semester per cohort. Includes Student Leader Formation and Counsellor Supervision tracks.
Three programme tiers.

Campus Diagnostic + Orientation Intensive.
Tier 2 — Semester

Tier 3 — Annual Campus Partnership
Full annual contract + Research Collaboration + Joint Wellness Publication.
